    Ben

"Ben" is a captivating theatrical window into the inspired music of the superb English composer Benjamin Britten and was first presented by Camerata of St John's with Tama Matheson (Actor and Director). This excerpt is from the final moments of the work and features "Variations on a Theme of Frank Bridge".

Don Juan - The Scandalous Life of Lord Byron

Don Juan explores the seductive and scandalous life of Lord Byron’s fictional libertine, intertwined with the equally outrageous life of Lord Byron himself. Just like Byron’s poem itself, the musical interpretation of Don Juan is full of wit, charm, elegance, adventure and horror, revealing a deep portrait of one of the greatest creative minds of the Romantic era. Here starring Karin Schaupp and Tama Matheson.

    WHEN THE WORLD WAS WIDE
    Toowoomba, Brisbane Camerata
Not quite a concert, not quite a play, When The World Was Wide is a melding of narrative, acting and concert music. It digs deep into the life and sparring friendship of two of Australia’s most iconic poets and writers, Henry Lawson and Banjo Paterson, drawing on atmospheric and evocative music to set the scene.
